If you are seeing this message it could be one of a few things...
You have entered your username or password incorrectly?
This is pretty common as they are case sensitive, mobile devices tend to add a capital at the beginning of your username so please be careful,
also please check you are not accidentally adding a space at the end of your username or password.
PLEASE NOTE ALL USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS ISSUED ARE CORRECT,
THEY HAVE BEEN COPY & PASTED DIRECTLY FROM THE SERVER,
THEY CANNOT BE WRONG.
Have you been testing Multiple Q apps from other suppliers?
If you have other versions of the Q app on your device these can conflict with each other, please remove any other versions of Q and all related download files from your device.
Once you have done this please carry out a fresh install of the SlyQ app and once installed reset your router and restart your device.

This is a highly unlikely event but it does from time to time, in this case if your already a customer you would have been notified by one of our team if not please join one of the groups you were invited to in the setup email that you received upon joining.
